What bookkeeping services do you offer?
Monthly bookkeeping includes transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, QuickBooks Online maintenance, and Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
Do you offer catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping?
Yes. I review historical transactions, reconcile prior periods, clean up the chart of accounts, and provide a clear project scope, timeline, and price before work begins.
Who do you work with?
I primarily support small service-based businesses, independent professionals, contractors, and growing teams that use QuickBooks Online.
Do you offer payroll or 1099 support?
Payroll coordination and 1099 preparation may be added for established monthly bookkeeping clients when they fit the client’s needs.
How It Works
What software do you use?
Exact Entry works in QuickBooks Online. If your account needs to be set up or reorganized, that work can be included in the initial scope.
How will we communicate?
Email is the primary communication channel, with phone or video meetings scheduled when useful. Clear written updates and report explanations are provided throughout the engagement.
What happens after I reach out?
You’ll receive a response within one business day. We’ll review your current setup, identify the work required, and confirm the scope, timeline, and price before services begin.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on transaction volume, the number of accounts, the condition of the books, reporting needs, and any add-on services. You’ll receive a custom quote before work begins.
How do payments work?
Monthly services are billed in advance. Cleanup projects follow the payment schedule included in the written proposal.
Do you offer limited-scope support?
When appropriate, quarterly reviews or a defined one-time project may be available for businesses that do not need full monthly service.

How is financial data handled?
Access is provided through secure platform permissions whenever possible. Clients should never send passwords, banking credentials, or other sensitive login information by email.
Do I still need a CPA or tax preparer?
Yes. Exact Entry does not file income tax returns. I maintain organized, CPA-ready books and can coordinate with your tax professional to make filing more efficient.
